MF Property Maintenance  is a private, wholly Irish owned company. Established in 2008, the company has continuously expanded services offered and developed a high level of capability, skills and expertise. Groundworks

 

We provide a range of groundwork services. Our comprehensive plant hire includes 360 excavators and mini diggers. These highly maintained pieces of machinery ensure the smooth effective running of any site and increase productivity and on-site efficiency.

 

 

Fencing

For agricultural clients, we install and supply a full range of fencing solutions. All our fencing is built from the highest quality raw materials and is installed by our highly experienced team. Artificial & Synthetic Pitch Maintenance

With over 12 years’ experience, MF Property Maintenance offers a range of artificial grass maintenance packages, from routine maintenance and repairs to complete rejuvenation programmes for synthetic sports surfaces. We cover all of Ireland, with maintenance projects ranging from full-size World Rugby/FIFA and GAA Approved surfaces to training areas for clubs and schools.

The MF Property Maintenance 7 Step programme to Artificial Grass Pitch Maintenance

Step One

On arrival we assess the artificial grass surface by measuring infill, checking seams, lines and vegetation build up around the pitch.

Step Two

We then use our ATC Machine to aerate, clean and brush the artificial grass surface. We clean and filter the surface by sieving infill back into the carpet while catching any dead fibre, gravel, cigarette butts, tape, etc.

Step Three

We then use a non-abrasive drag mat to drop in any excess infill, leaving the surface fresh and rejuvenated.

Step Four

We check all lines and seams  again for failures and repair if necessary. We treat surrounding areas with suitable weed killer to kill off any vegetation build up if required.

Step Five

We apply our Grooming Board to the surface which gets down to the base of the carpet and is dragged in different directions. This decompacts and brings up infill. We then apply our oscillating brush  to the surface which works the infill back into the fibres ensuring the surface looks fresh and feels soft underfoot.

Step Six

We then re-measure the infill levels. There is usually an increase of as much as 10mm-15mm. This is dependent on the condition of the artificial grass surface prior to our maintenance programme.

Step Seven

On completion we provide a detailed maintenance report on what has been carried out by MF Property Maintenance. We will also advise what needs to be done regularly to keep the artificial turf surface in the best possible condition.
